Promotion Rules
“Trip to Bali Prize Draw”
1. Organizer of the Promotion
1.1. The organizer of the “Trip to Bali Prize Draw” (hereinafter — the Promotion) is:
Leafar Team LLC,
Address: Tashkent, Yunusabad District, Sharaf Rashidov Street, 16A.
1.2. The Partner of the Promotion is the OKO gastrobar (Oblacko Group).
2. Participants
2.1. Participants of the Promotion may be legally capable individuals aged 18 and above, permanently or temporarily residing in the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter — Participants).
2.2. The following persons are not eligible to participate:
• employees and representatives of the Organizer and the Partner;
• their immediate relatives;
• affiliated persons.
2.3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
3. Prize Fund and Prizes
3.1. The prize fund of the Promotion consists of:
• Grand Prize — one (1) package tour to Bali for two (2) persons.
3.2. The “tour” refers to a set of tourist services provided by the Organizer (air travel, accommodation, and additional services — according to the package agreed with the winner).
3.3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced with other goods or services.
4. Promotion Period
4.1. The Promotion runs from 1 November to 28 November 2025, inclusive.
4.2. The trip included in the prize is planned for early February. Exact departure and return dates are agreed individually with the winner at the Organizer’s office.
5. Conditions for Participation
To participate in the Promotion, Participants must fulfil all of the following conditions during the Promotion period:
5.1. Follow the official Instagram accounts:
• @oko_tashkent
• @leaf_travel
5.2. Purchase a ticket for the OKO Birthday event taking place on 28 November 2025.
5.3. On the event day, complete registration at the entrance and receive a numbered Participant bracelet.
5.4. The bracelet must be kept until the prize draw, as the bracelet number is used to determine the winner.
6. Winner Selection Procedure
6.1. The Grand Prize draw will take place on 28 November 2025 at the OKO gastrobar among all Participants who have fulfilled the conditions set out in Section 5.
6.2. The winner is determined randomly from all valid bracelet numbers:
• all bracelet numbers are placed into a lottery drum or container;
• a representative of the Organizer or an invited host draws one number aloud in the presence of guests;
• the bracelet with the matching number is declared the winning one.
6.3. The winning number is announced aloud and may be recorded in photo and/or video format for reporting purposes.
6.4. If the holder of the winning bracelet is not present and does not appear within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 5–10 minutes), the Organizer has the right to conduct an additional draw among the remaining numbers.
7. Prize Award Procedure
7.1. The prize is granted to the winner in the form of a certificate for a package tour to Bali for two persons, provided by Leaf Travel.
7.2. The certificate is handed over:
• either on the event day at the OKO gastrobar after the results are announced,
or
• at the Organizer’s office at Sharaf Rashidov Street, 16A (by prior arrangement).
7.3. The winner must personally visit the Organizer’s office (Leafar Team LLC) within 7 calendar days from the date of the draw to arrange and book the tour.
7.4. When receiving the prize, the winner must present an identity document and provide the information required to book the tour.
7.5. If the winner cannot use the tour for personal reasons, the possibility of changing travel dates or other conditions will be discussed individually and depends on the rules of the tour operator and service providers.
8. Additional Terms
8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules if necessary, without worsening conditions for Participants who have already joined the Promotion. The current version of the Rules is always available on okouzbekistan.uz and/or on the official social media pages of the Organizer and the Partner.
8.2. The Organizer is not responsible for a Participant’s inability to take part in the Promotion or to use the prize due to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control (absence of a passport, visa restrictions, personal circumstances, etc.).
8.3. By participating, the Participant consents to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer to the extent necessary for the Promotion and prize issuance.
8.4. All disputes related to the Promotion are resolved by the Organizer in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
